I just completed the front of the card, using the Playing In The Rain<\/strong> stamp set and coordinating dies. So, what had happened was… I just finished stamping the sentiment “KIND” from the Kind & Sincere<\/strong> stamp set and not paying attention, my hand brushed against the ink and… as you can see, it smeared. UGH!!!! I tried to think of what to do with the inside of my card and thought I would try using an eraser to rub off the ink.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, I pulled out my MONO Tombow eraser and rub, rub, rub and little more rubbing…<\/p>\n\n\n

I was able to remove most of the smudge. So much so, that once I write my note the recipient won’t even notice the ink smear. And, I was able to remove most of the smear from above the letter ‘K’. Did you even notice the smear above the ‘K’? I bet you just scrolled back up. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n

So, if you smear your ink like I did, try my one way to fix an ink smear by rubbing some of the ink away with an eraser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE: <\/strong>this one way to fix an ink smear tip may not work on all types of papers. Especially, if you smear on colored cardstock. This tip works well on Stampin’ Up!\u00ae Basic White cardstock, using a good quality eraser. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
