I made this simple Thank You card using the Eastern Beauty stamp set and coordinating thinlits. No need to have pattern paper when you can easily stamp a few images on a white canvas to create your own look.
I just love the simple circle stamped images that are part of the Eastern Beauty stamp set. Then the little Thank You stamped image inside of the circles. I used the colors, Balmy Blue, Night of Navy and Granny Apple Green of which I decided to make my blog theme colors.
Cardstock Dimensions
Whisper White Think: 11″ x 4 1/4″ scored at 5 1/2″
Night of Navy: 5″ x 3 3/4″, a piece of scrap measuring ~ 3″ x 3″
Whisper White: 4 3/4″ x 3 1/2″
Granny Apple Green: a piece of scrap measuring ~ 3″ x 3″
Steps by Step Instructions
1. On the piece of Whisper White cardstock, randomly stamp the circles images and the little diamond image.
2. Adhere the stamped piece to Night of Navy then to the cardbase.
3. Cut your flower pieces using the thinlits. See image below on how you use two of the thinlits to cut out the flower. It helps if you have a magnetic Big Shot plate to help hold the two thinlits together. Other options is using washi tape.
4. Using the Night of Navy Stampin’ Blend, color a Clear Faceted Gem and allow a few seconds to dry before adhering to the center of the flower.
5. Using Stampin’ Dimensionals, pop-up the flower to the corner of the card.
6. Last step is to adhere to the cardbase.
Here is a close up of a couple of thinlits I used from the coordinating Eastern Medallions Thinlits. There are 14 thinlits in the set that allow you to create so many different looks.
I hope you enjoyed this simple Thank You card using the Eastern Beauty stamp set and the coordinating Eastern Medallions Thinlits. It didn’t take much time to create this card. Leave me a comment on what you thought of this simple Thank You card. I would love to hear from you.
